Our SOC is connected to a large number of users, including private facilities such as apartments, houses and cottages, as well as office buildings, industrial complexes and banking institutions. The main role of the NOC is monitoring, supervision and coordination of all technical protection systems connected to our center, providing peace and security to users throughout Croatia.
Specially trained operators in our center, after receiving an alarm, check its authenticity and act according to pre-arranged procedures. In case of need, our intervention team composed of experienced, armed security guards reacts to the alarm, which quickly intervenes, removes the cause of the alarm and secures the facility until members of the MUP or the user of the service arrive at the location.
